Data Collection and Use

Our applications are designed with your privacy in mind. Here's what you need to know:

What We Collect

• Quiet Appreciation: Your daily reflections and progress are stored locally on your device only. No personal information is collected or transmitted.
• Mixtape Pinball: All game data is stored locally on your device. No personal information is collected or transmitted.
• Local Poet: Your projects, lyrics, and poet personas are stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud syncing allows your data to sync across your Apple devices. Creative prompts (genre, theme, style, and in-game text) are sent to AI services to generate lyric suggestions and images.
• Eraser Adventures: All game data and progress are stored locally on your device. No personal information is collected or transmitted.
• Fixion Mail: Your email address is collected to deliver stories. Reading preferences may be stored to personalize story selection. No other personal information is collected.
• Prompt Script: Your scripts, projects, and creative content are stored locally on your device. Creative prompts are sent to AI services to generate script suggestions and shot lists.

Third-Party Services

Some of our applications may use the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud: If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• Anthropic Claude API: Local Poet and Prompt Script use Anthropic's Claude to generate creative content. Your prompts are processed to generate responses but are not retained for training purposes.
• Replicate API: Local Poet uses Replicate to generate optional poet portrait images. Text descriptions are sent to generate images but are not retained for training purposes.

Data Storage

All personal data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync in applicable apps, data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which is encrypted and controlled by you.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Eraser Adventures is suitable for all ages but does not collect any data.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete all app data by deleting the app from your device
• You control your iCloud data through your Apple ID settings
• No data is retained by Pipchi Productions after you delete the app

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
